I use Shopify for secure order processing and Bookfunnel for the delivery of your ebook(s). As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with a download link. (If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder -- or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.) Click on the link and follow the instructions to download your ebook(s). If you encounter any issues, please contact the support team at support@bookfunnel.com for assistance.

First, check your spam or junk email folder, as sometimes emails can end up there. If you still can’t find the email, please contact my support team at support@bookfunnel.com with your order number. They will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

My ebooks are typically available in EPUB format. If you need a different format, please let me know before purchasing, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
